Most items are created once an order is received and will be shipped within 1-2 weeks. If for some reason there will be a delay you will be notified via email. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are based on the total value of the items purchased.
Orders being shipped outside of the US If you would like your order shipped outside of the US please contact nan gates designs at nancy@nangatesdesigns.com for pricing. Returns/Refunds nan gates designs has built its reputation on great customer service and the desire to make sure that each customer is completely happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, then you may exchange or return it for a refund (less shipping and handling) within 14 days of receipt. A merchandise credit will be issued if the item is received as a gift and is returned by the recipient.
